The A+ Leader program is crafted for middle & senior managers, team leaders to enable them to be more effective leaders and obtain the skills needed to create an engaging and inspired work environment in the teams & groups they manage. Can be delivered as a one day workshop or a structured 4 weeks program. (Max Group Size - 10). This can be carried out in both Sinhala & English or a mix of the 2 languages.
